What is BACILLUSLICHENIFORMIS?
Description
Bacillus spp (Bacillus spp) is a class of aerobic or facultative anaerobic G+ (G- is also found at present), chemoheterotrophic bacteria that can produce stress-resistant endospores under certain conditions. It is widely distributed in nature and has rich and diverse physiological characteristics. It is one of the dominant populations in soil and plant microecology. It can produce a variety of antibiotics, including lipopeptides, peptides, phospholipids, polyenes, amino acids, nucleic acids, and has a good inhibitory effect on a variety of animal, plant and human pathogenic bacteria. And Bacillus also has strong protease, lipase, amylase activities. Therefore, Bacillus is widely used in various industries such as medicine, pesticides, food, feed processing, and environmental pollution control.
The Uses of BACILLUSLICHENIFORMIS
1. For acute and chronic diarrhea caused by bacteria and fungi. 2. For intestinal flora disorders. 3. For acute and chronic enteritis.
Preparation
Production of Bacillus Licheniformis Bacillus licheniformis: 1) Shake flask culture: inoculate Bacillus licheniformis on the shake flask culture medium, and the inoculation amount is 1:(80~120) by volume , carry out shaker culture; 2) Seed tank culture: inoculate the Bacillus licheniformis bacterial solution obtained in step 1) on the seed medium, inoculation volume ratio 1: (80~120), and culture; 3) Fermentation tank culture: inoculate the Bacillus licheniformis bacterial liquid obtained in step 2) on the fermentation base medium, the inoculum volume ratio is 1:(80~120), and carry out fermentation culture, and the fermentation temperature is 35~37℃ , the rotation speed is 180~200rpm/min, the ventilation rate is 1:(0.7~1.0), the pH value of the fermentation process is 6.0~7.8; the overall fermentation time is 30~36h; the fermentation basic medium formula is: corn starch 2~4%; soybean meal 1~3%; peptone 0.5~1.5%; magnesium sulfate 0.04~0.06%; calcium carbonate 0.5~0.7%; potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2~0.4%; defoamer 0.015~0.025%;
4) After 23~25h fermentation, add 0.03~0.04% sterile manganese chloride solution of fermentation volume.
