What is Azide-PEG4-Tos?
Description
Azide-PEG5-Tos is a crosslinking reagent with two functional groups. PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide(N3) group is reactive with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The tosyl group is a good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions.
Biological Activity
Azide-PEG5-Tos (Azido-PEG5-OTs) is a cleavable 5-unit PEG ADC linker for the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
