Biological Activity
Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodes Rhizoma is the rhizome of the perennial herb Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodes, a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, and atractylenolide II is its active ingredient.
Mechanism of action
Atractylodes lactone can further enhance the immune function of the body by promoting the proliferation of lymphocytes and promoting the secretion of immune-related molecules including interleukin-2, interleukin-12 and γ-interferon. Esters can be used to prepare drugs that enhance immune function.
