What is ALKALOID RB·A?

Description

This alkaloid occurs with turkestanine (q.v.) in the alkaloidal extract of Rindera baldshuanica Kuzn. It forms colourless rods from Me2CO and has been characterized as the picrate which forms yellow needles with m.p. 196-7°C.
