Description
Acid-PEG3-PFP ester is a PEG linker containing a carboxylic acid and PFP ester end group. The carboxylic acid can react with amines in the presence of activators such as EDC and HATU to form a stable amide bond. The PFP ester can also react with amine groups. The hydrophilic PEG chains increase the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
