What is Acid Green 28?
Preparation
1,4,5,8-Tetrahydroxyanthracene-9,10-dione using hydrochloric acid reduction or 1,4-Dichloro-5,8-dihydroxyanthracene-9,10-dione? and condensation 4-Butylbenzenamine, oxidation, with 100% sulphonated sulfuric acid, and then into sodium salt.
Properties and Applications
blue. Used in mulberry silk, polyamide, wool fabric and the tussah dyeing and printing, but also can be used for leather dyeing.
