(5-ethyl-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)methyl acrylate is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, and it has been reported in the literature that it can be used to prepare UV-curable coatings for optical fiber coatings and 3D printing pure transparent, tough resins.
