- (1S)-1,4-Anhydro-2,3,5,6-tetra-O-benzyl-1-C-[4-chloro-3-(4-methylthiobenzyl)-phenyl]-D-glucitol, a key intermediate for the synthesis of aryl?D-glucofuranosides as potent hSGLT2 and hSGLT1 inhibitors.
