       Alcatraz Chemicals was founded in 1985 in Vadodara, India with the goal of manufacturing specialty chemicals, particularly electroplating intermediates. This year, we celebrate 38 years of service to the metal finishing, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. We are ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified company and follow strict quality management systems with a focus on protecting the environment. After three decades of success in the specialty chemicals and electroplating intermediates industries, we have expanded into the production of high-tech pharmaceutical intermediates. Some of the chemicals we initially developed for electroplating have already been modified for use in the pharmaceutical industry and have passed the quality standards of international pharmaceutical companies.
