The full name for S23 [structural formula is shown below] is (S)-N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-3-(3-fluoro,4-chlorophenoxy)-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propanamide. S23 is closely related to S22.

S-23 is an orally active nonsteroidal with a very high binding affinity to androgen receptors. This makes it stronger than other popular  like Ostabolic  Therefore, the main effects of S-23 are increased muscle mass, decreased fat mass, and a decrease in the size of the prostate.
