Paracetamol, the name of the trade has bailianning, Bilitol, Tylenol, acetaminophen and so on. The international generic name is Paracetamol. It is the most commonly used non-anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic drug. Its antipyretic effect is similar to that of aspirin, with weak analgesic effect and no anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effect. It is the best kind of acetanilide. It is especially suitable for patients who cannot take carboxylic acid drugs. Mainly used for cold and fever, joint pain, neuralgia and migraine, cancer pain and postoperative pain relief. Especially for those who are intolerant or allergic to aspirin.
Application
It is suitable for relieving mild to moderate pain, such as fever, headache, joint pain, neuralgia caused by cold, migraine, dysmenorrhea, etc. This product can only alleviate symptoms, anti-inflammatory effect is not or very little, can not eliminate the arthritis caused by red, swelling, mobility disorders, so it can not be used to replace aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for the treatment of various types of arthritis. However, the product may be used in cases of aspirin allergy, intolerance or insuitability for aspirin use, such as in patients with varicella, haemophilia and other hemorrhagic diseases (including those treated with anticoagulant therapy), as well as in cases of peptic ulcer, gastritis, etc. If necessary, other treatments should be used to relieve pain or fever.
