Description:
Retinoate is a derivative of retinoic acid with a structural formula similar to that of all-trans retinoic acid. Its mechanism of action is similar to that of 13-cis retinoic acid and aromatic retinoic acid, but its side effects are lighter than those of all-trans retinoic acid. Oral administration can regulate and control the differentiation and growth of epithelial cells, inhibit keratinization, reduce sebum secretion, inhibit the keratinization process of keratinocytes, restore abnormal keratinization, inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, and regulate immunity and anti-inflammatory effect. It is clinically suitable for the treatment of acne, and can also be used for facial disseminated miliary erythematosus, pityriasis pilaris, keratosis follicularis, various types of ichthyosis, keratosis of the palm and toe, oral leukoplakia and granuloma fungoides.
Usage:
It is used for the treatment of moderate to severe acne, and it also has a certain effect on ichthyosis, psoriasis, lichen skin diseases and certain abnormal keratosis skin diseases.
