Description
Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that is used alone or with other medications to treat high blood pressure. It is also used to treat fluid retention (oedema) caused by congestive heart failure, severe liver disease (cirrhosis), kidney disease, or steroid or hormone drug therapy.
